How We Started

How We Work
Every visit follows the same disciplined sequence:
- We pressure-test the relevant circuits first to confirm there's an active leak and isolate which system it's on.
- We use thermal imaging to map temperature anomalies across the building fabric — the cool spot above a leak is often the giveaway.
- If thermal isn't conclusive, we deploy tracer gas through the suspect pipework. Gas escapes where water does — and we sniff it out to the centimetre.
- For buried mains or pressurised supply lines, we use acoustic ground microphones and correlators to triangulate the leak by sound alone.
- Where access is possible, an endoscopic camera through a coin-sized hole gives us a visual confirmation before any larger opening.
- We document everything — photos, thermal images, readings — in a written trace and access report your insurer will accept.
Most jobs are done in under 90 minutes. Where the leak can be repaired the same day, we do it. Where it can't, we hand you a report that gets your insurance claim moving.
